Tomorrowland at Disney World
Based on one of the five theme lands originally created for their Disneyland property in California, it is wonderfully recreated here with it’s own unique spin. Presenting an imaginative re-creation of a future that only came to be in the mind of it’s creator, Walt Disney, Tomorrowland has something to offer just about every kind of guest.
Tomorrowland is home to a variety of futuristic themed attractions, ranging from roller coasters to relaxing shows. For thrill seekers Tomorrowland is home to one of the most exciting attractions in all of Disney: Space Mountain. A high speed race through the stars, Space Mountain is one of Disney’s most popular roller coasters.
But for the less adventurous among us Tomorrowland offers a wide variety of shows, from the hilariously interactive Stich’s Great Escape to the nostalgia inducing Carousel of Progress, an attraction designed by Walt Disney himself. Grab lunch at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe or join the fight against Emperor Zurg in Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, the possibilities are endless.
Tomorrowland is located in Disney’s Magic Kindom. Magic Kingdom is open 7 days a week with hours of operations depending on the day, a calender of which can be found on Disney’s website. Parking is available free of charge for guests of Disney’s many hotels, or for a guest fee of 14.00 for a standard sized car.
